Prices depends on hardness of work and how much time I will need to spend while doing it.
Since you paid you have all rights, you can use for commercial, re-sell it, change in any way.
At first you describe what you need, than I make some rough sketches, when you see that I got the point you pay a half, other half you will pay only after I finish a work.
